About & CV

Hi, I’m Erin, a Raindance award-winning producer who has just completed a degree in Film Production, graduating with First Class Honours.

I’m most in my element behind the scenes, sorting out schedules, budgeting, booking transport and accommodation, and making sure productions stay on track. I also have hands-on experience with casting and script supervision, and I’m always ready to step in with anything and everything that’s needed to help a shoot run smoothly.

I care about creating supportive, well-organised sets where people can do their best work. I like to be the one people can rely on, especially when things get a bit hectic.

And when I’m not in production mode, I’m usually with my two rabbits, Marilyn and Audrey. They’re my little sidekicks and honestly, the loves of my life.

Hey Erin!  What's your thing as a producer?

I’m the person who thrives in the background so everyone else can shine in the foreground. I’ve always been obsessed with the structure that holds creative work together: schedules, logistics, budgets, smooth communication, keeping chaos at bay. I started producing in college and honed my skills further at university, gaining hands-on experience across every stage of production.

Whether I’m wrangling call sheets, managing locations, or making the 15th revision to a shooting schedule, I genuinely love it. I’m calm under pressure, ridiculously detail-oriented, and I’m usually the one people go to when things feel like they’re falling apart, because I don’t.

What makes you different from other producers?

I care a lot. About people, about process, about making things work when the odds are against us. I’m not just ticking boxes, I’m thinking ten steps ahead, and making sure everyone feels supported along the way.

I’ve worked on intense, sensitive sets involving themes like mental health and postnatal depression, and I understand how important it is to keep things safe, respectful, and human. I bring a strong sense of empathy and structure to every project, and I’m always striving to be the steady presence a team can rely on.

What do you actually do on a production?

Think of me as the behind-the-scenes glue. I’m across everything from the first scheduling conversation to wrap day, making sure every moving part is accounted for. My sweet spot is pre-production. I love building a solid foundation that allows the creative team to focus on storytelling without the stress.

I handle:

  • Building schedules

  • Creating and managing budgets

  • Sourcing and securing locations

  • Booking travel and accommodation

  • Managing casting calls and organising auditions

  • Liaising with crew

  • Troubleshooting and making sure everyone’s on the same page

  • Keeping spirits up when things feel overwhelming

Will you only do "producer" stuff?

Not at all. I know that on smaller sets, things rarely go exactly to plan, and I’m the kind of person who steps in wherever I’m needed. Whether that’s sourcing a last-minute prop, covering a production design role, or literally holding a light mid-take, I’m there. I’m hands-on, adaptable, and fully committed to getting the project over the line however I can.

I love supporting the team, and if something needs doing, I’ll never say “that’s not my job.”
